If no runnable project passes the published checks within three repair cycles and 30 worker minutes, exactly one build credit is restored for the same immutable blueprint.
Payment interruption
No build starts from a browser redirect alone. Only a verified, idempotent checkout.session.completed webhook creates a credit and queues work.
